Are you sensing change ahead?

Anne Kreamer penned a good piece in HBR for people who are comfortable in their careers but sense that there may change up ahead.  The title of the article is Not Taking Risks Is the Riskiest Career Move of All.  

Ms. Kreamer quotes G.K. Chesterton, "There is one thing which gives radiance to everything.  It is the idea of something around the corner."  It sounds a bit like the anticipation surrounding a vacation or other enjoyable life event, doesn't it?
