If you were qualified for the position, were prepared for the interview, and dressed for success, the rejection may have nothing at all to do with you. The rejection may be the result of the system used to screen candidates, the fact that the company is going through the motions because they already have someone in mind for the position, or even an internal (and undeterminable) bias.
